Dance Club (for grown ups) is launching at
Lydeard St Lawrence Village
Hall on
Friday 15th June.
9.15-10.15
am
This
first session is
FREE TO EVERYONE!
(£5.00
thereafter).
We will
warm up, stretch, tone, speed up, move it, shake it, dance! slow down, stretch out, relax…..and go out
into our day feeling refreshed, invigorated and energised.
Please
wear comfortable happy clothes that will not restrict you.
